Connect with the Campaign

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Congratulations to two excellent gentlemen, Keith Fimian in the 11th and Patrick Murray in the 8th Congressional District, for their victories in last week’s primary.  I believe we have two excellent candidates to support this year, and pledge to work hard to get them both elected.  Both understand the critical need for fiscal responsibility in these days of out of control spending and mounting debt, and both clearly understand the need to put the people, not Washington, back in the center of our nation’s political system.

I said before that whomever got the nomination, our community (and I) would support them.  The primary was tough – because the choices were tough.  We were blessed to have four excellent candidates.  Now that we are passed that phase, we need to unify and move forward.  I also ask my Independant friends, and my Democrat friends, to consider if “more of the same” is what we really need in our representatives.  Jim Moran has been in congress too long for anyone, and Gerry Connolly is not the kind of representative we need in these fiscally challenging times.  It is time for a real change in Washington and for us, that starts here at home.

As always I want to take a moment to thank you for giving so much of your time, talents, and financial resources to my recent campaign, and for the incredible support you provided me, my family, and our community. I ask you to continue serving your community by supporting Keith Fimian and Patrick Murray, being active and involved, and working to keep the United States of America the greatest nation the world has ever known.
